Teesdale Athletic Club runners Louise Franks and Dave Raymond took part in the Raby Castle 10k cross country race on Sunday 22nd August. The weather was warm & sunny at the start but a shower cooled runners towards the end. The course was slippery in paces after Saturday’s rain but well marshalled through the grounds of the magnificent Raby Castle estate. Dave was first back in a time of 53:40, with Louise a few minutes later in 1:10:54.
